The Strategic Planning Meeting will be held Sunday, June 14th at 2 pm at the River Falls Alano Club. The purpose of this meeting is to share our views on our vision for our club. What do we want the club to look like in the next five years? Possible suggestions include expansion of meeting rooms, bathrooms, handicap accessibility, first floor kitchen, and outdoor area with protection.
We will talk about possible community outreach, and our organisation’s need for a budget, long-range plan, and funding including dues or pledges and grants.
We encourage everyone to attend this very important meeting.

Melt away winter with our first ever Chili Cook Off! $10 per entry, and you can register groups, clubs, individually. Bring a minimum of 1.5 gallons of chili, hot and ready to serve; warming equipment to keep it hot; team/name sign; and one give away prize. There will be a People’s Choice Award, Overall (judges), and Unique Chili.
Water, chips, cornbread and desserts will be available. BYO condiments (chopped onions, grated cheese, etc).

5:30pm Awards and clean up
6:00pm Saturday Night Speaks, call up meeting

Our District 5 Public Information Committee is proud to sponsor a workshop on anonymity. Join us as we discuss the spiritual foundation of our fellowship, and compare and contrast its roots with the challenges we are now facing in the Information Age.
Refreshments and social hour will be after the discussion panels, followed by the normal Saturday Night Speaks open speaker meeting.
October 18th, 3-6:00 pm at the River Falls Alano Club.
November 1st from noon to 5pm, there is a workshop based on the Big Book using Joe and Charlie 4th step worksheets. The only requirement is having already worked steps 1-3 with a sponsor. Worksheets, pen or pencil will be provided. Bring your Big Book, but we’ll have them here if you don’t have one. Bring your own snack and beverage and willingness!
Starting at 4:00 pm, join us at the club for a potluck picnic on Saturday, August 9th! Chicken will be served by Bob L. and build your own ice cream sundaes provided by Saturday Night Speaks.
Stay for the 6:00 pm speaker Lucie from Hudson. If you haven’t had the chance to hear her this will be a great time.
